PERSONAL & STUDIO INFO

We require that all clients complete  an in-studio waiver prior to their first class,. We will ask that you provide your full name, address, phone number, email address, birthdate and signature.

 

Your address information is required in order to protect Indy Yoga Therapeutics from credit card fraud and/or to help distinguish clients with the same name. If you do not wish to provide this information, you may refuse to fill that portion of our in-studio waiver.

 

Your contact information will never be shared outside of the studio. This is used in case of an emergency, questions about your account or to return messages/missed calls. If you prefer to not share your phone number, we require that you provide an email address where we can reach you.

 

Your email address is used to send in-studio purchase receipts, account notifications, important studio updates, sales and other relevant information with you. If you do not wish to receive our Newsletters, you may unsubscribe from them directly, or email kacie@indyyogatherapeutics.com. If you wish to not receive any emails from Indy Yoga Therapeutics and refused to provide and email address, we will require that you provide a phone number where we can reach you in case of an emergency.

 

No information collected on our website or in-studio will be shared or sold. We take your personal information and privacy seriously and will not, without your express permission or unless ordered to do so by a court of law, share or sell  your information outside of Indy Yoga Therapeutics. We will never share personally identifiable information about our clients and/or what they have purchased, or their visitation history with Third Parties. We will never share or use your email address in a way that has not been disclosed to you. If you would no longer wish to receive email communication from Indy Yoga Therapeutics, you may unsubscribe from all of our emails directly on the email or by emailing kacie@indyyogatherapeutics.com.

Indy Yoga Therapeutics is not intended to diagnose, cure or prevent any disease. Our yoga classes are not intended to replace the advice of a physician. You are advised to practice yoga only under the guidance of a physician. Not all exercises are suitable for everyone and doing any exercise without the guidance of a physician is not recommended and can result in injury. Please consult with your doctor or physician before practicing any yoga posture or enrolling in any yoga program offered by Indy Yoga Therapeutics.
